SWW Low Protein Premium Info

Currently premiums exist for the immediate sale and shipment of maximum 10.5% protein SWW. We estimate we have recieved 33% of our projected intake with 20% of that being graded. Our current average protein level for all grades received is 11.2% with 30% of the grades being below 10.5%.

CCGG has an extensive track record of protein identification and segregation and we are monitoring this closely. We feel we have established a structured, market driven low protein premium scale for our growers.

This premium will only be applied to new SWW sales for immediate payment and will be subject to change at any time per market conditions.
